How do I pay with real money?

We process real money payments securely through Stripe. Once you open a ticket in our Discord, you'll be sent a payment link. No card details are ever handled by us directly.

How do I pay with Robux?

Robux payments are handled through Roblox. After opening a ticket, we'll send you a Roblox game pass or clothing link to complete the transaction.

Do I need to open a ticket?

Yes — all purchases require a ticket to be opened in our Discord regardless of payment method. This lets us confirm your order, collect your banner, and get your ad live.

How long does it take to go live?

Once payment is confirmed and your banner is approved, your ad will go live within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your ad has not yet gone live, contact us in Discord and we'll do our best to help.
